great ending

it was so unexpected and stupid but after listening to the whole song which pointed out all the questions about the origin of the creatures, the inconsistencies in the plot and the hint at a possible feast 4, i realized it was perfect. it was a funny way of giving a twist to a story that was already ridiculously far fetched. Hell a part 4 would ruin this ending 4 me however i still would like to see the robots in action. But all in all it was the coolest ending that i've seen in a while. {We better start *beep* RIGHT NOW!} Hilarious

yeah, some of my friends hate it, but I thought the ending was just too magical. I laughed my ass off. Bring on a Feast IV with robots and creatures haha

Perhaps a bit late answering this, but I totally agree. That song made the movie for me, haha.

"Come on, Toshi! Come on!"

Just watched the movie again, and turned on the director's commentary for that scene. The dude is a real mariachi that plays in a Mexican restaurant by the writer's house!

The ending WAS stupid, but entirely entertainingly so. The mariachi song gets better and better each time one sees it. ¡Ay, ay, ay... Dios Mio!
