Theme song from One Week

Hey...

There is a song playing throughout the movie, I have checked every song on the imdb database, as well as read back through everyone else's asked for songs. Its the song that plays when he's heading into banff, he stops, sits down, and takes a picture of himself and his motorcycle. I dont hear any lyrics, so its really hard to pin down the song. It's played a ton throughout the movie, and even during the 'making of' special features.

Anyone know what i'm talking about?
