Anybody know what motel they shot the conversation with the guy and the joint?

The commentary track says it's in Toronto but I'd like to know which one. Thanks!

I am from Medicine Hat (the giant teepee) and that motel The Ranchmen looks almost identical to the Ranchmen motel we have here... I could be wrong though

I believe it is from our town here. The inside shots were probably filmed in Toronto but I would bet money that the outside shot where the bike is pulling in was filmed here.
