Just read how Gord Downie, who had a cameo in One Week, has an inoperable brain tumour.

When I first read that I thought, didn't he cameo in this movie, about a doomed cancer patient?

Not to mention its a great scene in the movie along with a great score. Downie was brilliant in this scene.
