Is there a list of those monuments somewhere? I thought it was a funny way to travel. Is it a canadian phenomenon? I'm a Canadian but I have never been west of Toronto. I was in Shediac, New Brunswick a few years ago and took pictures with what was probably the world's biggest lobster.

The giant shoes and legs sculpture at the Southgate Transit Centre in Edmonton, Alberta.
The giant Ukrainian Easter egg sculpture in Vegreville, Alberta.
And (I know he doesn't go to the Maritimes in the movie but I just have to mention it) the giant potato in front of The Canadian Potato Museum in O'Leary, Prince Edward Island.
