Can somone explain to me how a film that has not been released and has only been seen as short clips on websites can possibly merit a rating of 9.9 on this website. I think the ratings posted so far are based on wishful thinking about the rise of Hammer than the actual film.

This happens a lot with people who scour the internet. It's a little lower now, but certainly not worth the rating. But when the only people who know about this are online, it's going to have all the online votes to skew a ranking.
