C'mon, it's not that bad


The script's too sweary and the low budget shows, and the episodic structure doesn't really work, but it's good mindless fun with some nice scares. Also, while I don't consider that this represents a return of Hammer in itself, it may well pave the way to a real comeback. There's talk of Hammer collaborating with the BBC, perhaps for a new series of House of Horror: if Beyond the Rave has really made that possible, it can be forgiven a lot.

Edit - I've just realised what's up with the dialogue: it's some old f@rt's idea of how da kidz speak - just like Dracula AD 1972!
