Why is everyone cashing in on the new rave 'revival'?

I said revival in quotation marks as it never really went away. But since about 2006 all these new types of movies and tv shows are about or set in a rave and dont actually do the name any justice as they can never really show the real atmos or the actual type of people found in a 'rave' lol.

Just from the tacky use of rave/grave in the name, you can get a sort of pisstake feel of how this hammer horror is going to portray something which i grew up with.

This is one unhappy 'hardcore' 'raver' lol

Oh yeah and for the people that didnt know 'hardcore' wasnt the original 'rave' Acid house was, just in case anyone tried taking a pop at me saying i dont know what im on about Gabba gabba hardcore ect.

Ahh i cant be arsed now as i know its just gonna get worse with all these newrave bands ect.

So I take it this film doesn't feature any old skool hardcore then? (prefer 91-93 tbh)
Mind you I should've guessed when, looking at the dvd cover, Pete Tong was involved.
