Been a long time since I watched this

I saw this when it first came out on DVD, and the only impression that I can recall was that it was watchable and I thought it was cool that it took place within a pseudo Akkadian civilization.

I was curious if it was worth re-visiting, and would you consider this one to be better than part 3? I saw that one a few months ago. All I can say is that I know that Billy Zane must be really hard to work with since he has been relegated to these straight to DVD films.
