Spoilers: At Least They Tried to Foreshadow

Pretty bad movie, but at least they tried to foreshadow the Scorpion King being evil in The Mummy Returns in this one. In the first Scorpion King he seemed pretty much a good guy, a hero and there was no hint that he'd turn bad. Still, besides that perhaps, nothing much to note about this film.

It actually felt more like a pilot for a show. Sort of reminded me of a cheesier and lower budget version of "Young Hercules", the pre equal to the Kevin Sorbo Hercules tv series. I guess in a way I'd rather have more of those types of shows on tv, which even if they were cheesy as hell were still more enjoyable than the "reality tv" nonsense nowadays. But whatever.

Best watched after or during a night of drinking.
