I now know the end of the world is near...

I watched SK2 and came here to give my opinion, I was expecting to find a 2 star rating on this and however I find something closer to 4. I also discovered there are many people who actually enjoyed watching this movie? Which is fine, everyone is entitled to there opinion.
Now here is mine...the biggest problem with SK2 was the dialogue and boring storyline, this is what I basically base my rating on. This movie had great production value and cinematography; however the script failed on every level to be either funny or exciting, which I assume was the goal.
As a producer and director I feel cheated, since my series Welcome to Dreadville (on imdb) has received lower marks then this movie (basically cause my production value is low) I realize that many people are more interested in EYE CANDY then a plot which is disappointing as a writer.
This shows the dummying down of society and frustrates me that just because you have a NAMED ACTOR with some great production value you can pretty much get distribution for just about any piece of garbage.
My rating for this is going to be a 6 for the cinematography, 1 for acting, and 1 for storyline. Overall score of 2.5 for SK2.
