The Anime is called Persona: -trinity soul-, it's 26 episodes long, but it's only out in Japan, so you'll have to get it subbed. It's pretty good though.
"The Crow" is the best "Comic book/graphic novel" movie. It's true.
Very belatedly - there is a spinoff anime called Persona ~trinity soul~, but it is only tangentially related to Persona 3 through the general concept of Personas and the presence of Akihiko, who turns up late in the series as a police officer.
