Has anyone read the original novel By Serge Brussolo

it's called Les Emmurés and as far as I know it's only in French. I was just wondering if the book made any more sense than the movie.

Man, Mischa Barton was SO wrong for this role, too! It was also odd to see them actually cast an awkward looking boy for the role. Cameron Bright IS in that awkward in-between phase of his career where he was once the nearly too beautiful child and will eventually grow into his adult looks but it was great that they cast him. Usually teenagers are played by young looking 28 year olds! The only odd part was that Malastrazza plus Deborah Kara Unger could not equal Cameron bright in a million years!
