Alternate Cut?

I've got the DVD here, and on the Special Features there's an "alternative cut," has anyone watched this? Is it a linear version of the film? I'm interested in it, but I don't want to watch the whole movie again just to see one or two scenes that are different.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.
