I love Ellis' Car, even though it looks like a it's trashed. What's he Driving?

2nd generation Firebird/Trans Am

Ellis drove an old Chevy Camaro not a Firebird. I'm not sure on the year, could be 1980. I know this cause my mom had an 1980 Camaro Z28, and I loved that car. I was thrilled to see Trav's character driving a Camaro! (even if it needed work) lol
