Nadia song...desperate!

Hello all, I saw the Nadia episode when it first aired and I have been trying ever since to find the name of the song and/or artist that played during the scene where Nadia is reunited with her son. She sits down on the floor with him I believe..

I purchased the episode from iTunes but all I've been able to find out from that is that someone named G. Snuffy Walden is listed under the music credit. But the voice you hear singing this song is female, and I think Mr. Walden is not the performer but the person who put the music together for the show?

I realize this isn't much in the Grand Scheme of things but I've about lost my mind trying to find out about this song....lol! Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if someone could point me in a promising direction to look. TIA everyone :-)
