The Worst Ending In Sitcom History

I would like to start on a positive note... This is probably one of the most moving, emotionally charged, brilliantly intertwined story lines, close to the nerve & heart realities, heart wrenching, attention grabbing to the point of getting the viewer involved as if they are living these realities each day. The acting was spot on fantastic, the cast were perfectly chosen & did a historic job and the writers daily contributed to such a perfection in character depths with layers of psychological & emotional attributes & motivations that within a short time, these fictional characters became real & their character depth made them become highly effective in engaging the viewer to relate and sympathize with each one.

I lived each experience with each character & it was so moving and wonderful that I really cannot commend everyone enough on this out of this world production. I have never hated a villain in a fictional story more than your villain Mustafa, class A acting and cast role, by the end the very sight of him makes one have a real life physical reaction of nausea.

Now we come to the negative part & it is equally negative as it is positive. What in the world was that disgraceful, unbelievably pathetic and totally unsatisfying ending???
It was so disappointing & badly written & executed that I literally was so angry & pissed off at myself that I even started watching this sitcom at all... YES IT IS THAT BAD & MUCH MORE!! I hope you guyz got as slated as I am slating you right now by everyone for the worst most unrealistic ending in sitcom history.

The ending was totally imbalanced, weak and pathetic -even if it is meant to be tragic, in any good tragedy there has to be some balance. The characters had already gone through so much pain and personal tragedies throughout that it is unheard off and impossible that events do not turn around for them -there is such a thing as universal balance and justice & there is no way after everything endured the two main characters do not get some kind of peace and closure -there were plenty of lead villains that could have been affected or innocent leads killed off, but the one chosen in the end was absolutely unrealistic & unfair. But the tragic end of the lead character chosen here would had been swallowed if the lead villain had received a good end/death.

The death of the main villain was the icing on the cake - how can the villain die so easily without due punishment, he had made us suffer so much as viewers, we should have been allowed the pleasure of watching him die a painful and slow death, starting with humiliation, breaking his will, delivering the worst possible scenarios of a man's worst nightmares to befall him... I mean if this guy was bathed in acid and we watched his skin melt off, it still would not have been enough punishment for all the havoc and misery he had caused. How could the writers after such an amazing unfolding of events just kill the worst character with bullets and leave the viewers seething at the mouth with such a weak ending?

I will not be recommending this for anyone to watch -because as amazing as the story lines had been, that ending is simply unacceptable when the ending is meant to give the viewers closure and satisfaction at the end of the story, it makes one feel robbed from both, I feel I wasted my time watching this sitcom, and very disappointed.

I totally agree with your review. After watching the end, it felt like I wasted my entire time watching this tv serial. Definitely THE most pathetic end in the history of tv!! OMG! What were the writers thinking for God's sake! Just to make the end "sad" they completely made a fool of themselves! To me, the writers were no lesser evil minded villains than the main evil character Mustafa himself because they always gave him whatever and whenever he wanted. Warning!! ***SPOILERS*** Also in the end, did someone notice something very interesting... ? Mustafa the villain got shot in his chest " like a brave man" while Khalil the hero got shot in the back " like a coward"!! How stupid could it all get? I totally reject the end and request the writers to plz do us all a big favor and quit writing and start selling peanuts on the streets of Istanbul...

I somewhat agree with you, but I don't understand why you call this a sitcom. As far as I can remember, it's a soap opera.
