Good djinn movie *No spoilers*

Yeah, you should already have learned that this movie is about an American Squad being haunted by a djinn.

I live in Turkey, and people here used to tell djinn stories(expecially in old times, particularly to scare young children) There were made a lot of djinn movies in my country and most of them are decent horror films. All of them involved religious townsfolk and imams, where imams try to exorcist the djinn out of people and stuff. For example "Musallat", http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1077091/ this film follows djinn traditions succesfully too. If you have chance, I recommend you watch it.

The thing is this movie has succesfully combined american culture and djinn stories in a good way. So it was a brand new scenario for me and I did not expect such successful adaption. The movie is basically slow paced but had it's moments. BTW, cgi is a little bit crappy and the behaviors of the soldiers are unrealistic. Dont expect a masterpiece.

I can advice you to watch it if you are into Djinn stuff or you wanna kill some time.
