One Other Thing

Before the annoying neighbor knocked on the door at the end of the movie, Tom's character said there was one last thing he hadn't been truthful about. He was just about to say it when the knock came.
After the woman exited the scene, they cut ahead a year.

They never said what that one thing was. I'm frustrated.
