I know Jennifer wasn't feeling all that great but she seemed okay at least mobile on the first day. Why didn't they leave on that day? I know when your there a lot goes through your head but if I was pregnant I would just want to leave as soon as possible in any case really.
Did anyone else wonder why they waited so long to travel?

They mention this in the movie. The best thing to do when you are stranded is stay where you are. This gives people a chance to find you if they know you are missing. If they left immediately, it's entirely possible that someone could have saw them crash and gone for help.

Atheria's real name was Jennifer, or I guess the name she was born with. In the beginning of the movie someone asks what her name is and she says something like, "Atheria, now," implying that she had it changed. After the crash, right before she's about to die, she's crying and tells Noelle to call her Jennifer, as that's her real name.

In any case, I won't waste my time seeing this movie, even with Lacey Chabert in it. It's funny that she looks a lot like Jennifer Love Hewitt who she starred with in Party of Five. She filled out nicely since that time. Her Mom must be beautiful as well.

You stay where you are "in the forest" etc. That's so rescuers can find you and they don't have to wonder where you went. In the desert, you scuff your feet to make a trail and you head for water if you can. On a road, as they were, they should have marked the spot they crashed with piled rocks on the road and then started walking "along the road". You "do NOT" stay put if there's no chance of being found where you are.
