Will we ever get an actual Gary Ridgway bio film?

Both this film and "The Riverman" don't really focus on Ridgway as much as the task force and it's very disappointing to me. There was "The Green River River" that came out in 2005 but that was just z movie that was mostly fiction.

I always thought Ridgway was interesting with how he was this some what dorky guy with low intelligence but some how managed to kill over 70 women.
I mean, in a bio film they can cover Ridgway's odd relationship with his mother and his chaotic marriages leading up to his murderous rampage.
