Is this a remake of 'That lady'?

There was a film also shot in Spain called That lady in 1955, based on a novel by the same title. It starred Olivia de Havilland as Ana de Mendoza, the famous Princess of Eboli(Julia Ormond in this one) and the late Paul Scofield as King Philip. It was about the conspiracy about Antonio Perez and the murder of Escobedo. I wonder if this film is about the same subject.Does anyone know?

Yers, it's also about the Antonio Pérez Case. But it's not a "remake". It has an entirely new script.
