Did anyone else find the various staff members really creepy

They really added to the strange sense of the entire place. Like you never had any of them give so much as a look to the Schultz brothers at any time as if to say "I know this is a bit weird, but..." or "I'm just here for the money" kind of thing. It was as if they were all entirely on board with everything. An example of this is where Dave finds out that Du Pont's mum had died, the staff member treated Dave like a total outsider and never wanted to reassure him about John's eccentric behaviour. Really bizarre.
