Remake of TAMARA. Lionsgate has gotten the courts involved.

If Lionsgate really has gotten the courts involved they are going to lose big time, because Tamara and Tormented are not much alike at all. Here's the thing: you can't copywrite an idea, especially one as vague as someone rising from the dead to exact revenge. If you could then Lionsgate better watch their backs because there were a lot of movies before Tamara with that same premise.

But, I can't find evidence that Lionsgate is doing any such thing. Show me the evidence please.
