What a terrible movie and dumb lead

Good job getting three people killed, then taking the little boy into a burning house and telling the little girl to stay in it - then finally, not being able to overpower said little boy. Bad writing, bad directing, just bad; even by horror movie standards.

I agree! I couldn't believe what I was hearing when she told her to "stay right here" in an upstairs bedroom of a burning house!!! I mean come on...And why she carried him into the house in the first place is beyond me....So many things just don't make sense...and I think I would have just gone home and called the police instead of entering a scary, old abandoned meat packing plant. All of these things just took me away from the "horror" and made me question everything.

Looking at things logically, this girl just witnessed her uncle getting shot to death trying to save her, witnessed her faux-boyfriend get his skull crushed with a shovel trying to unlock her prison cage, found dead (slowly) rotting bodies in the freezer prison with her, 'rescued' a mute boy with a friggin' knife stuck in his hand, and found her aunt on her deathbed bleeding out all over the kitchen floor of their now burning inferno of a house...

If you can think rationally when all of that is going on you're a colder sumbitch than Martin Bristol.

HEY BABY LOOK AT MY EYES. I LOVE YA BUT I HATE YOUR LIES.

No, she DIDN'T witness her uncle getting shot. But I agree with the general comments. It was an utterly ridiculous movie and the director should give up and open a car wash or something useful to the community as payback for making such a load of trash.

Yep, pretty much every move she made showed she had no survival skills. And it pretty much really made it hard to feel for her. I was so scared she'd survive after causing the deaths of so many people.

Also, the lead sees a little boy all alone inside an abandoned slaughterhouse, alerts her uncle, and he dismisses it, knowing that the town is missing a little boy for several years? Did they not have 911 or a real police squad??? It was unbelievable.

She's also a track runner who refuses to wear a sports bra (or any bra) and doesn't face traffic when wearing headphones.
