So how do they decide what gets words embedded into objects...

Like trees in the distance have no such words in them. However things like lamps and beds do. Just wondering about the inconsistent use of the word=object style.

because you can make a bed but you can't make a tree? lol. i was actually wondering the same thing.

That's not accurate, because all the fruit have words, even though we can't make those either. Some things would just be hard to add the words. Like the mirror, I can't think of a way to add that word to the item.
