A Frog That Doesn't Like The Water?

I'm watching the episode Get Your Coat with my 2 year old and it has a strange premise. Duck and Frog are playing with a boat but the boat breaks losing the B so they're stuck with the letters O-A-T and they were going to build another boat if they can find a B. Well, it starts raining and Frog goes inside all the while Duck keeps building other words with O-A-T in it(float, goat, etc) which Frog likes but he won't go outside to play. The narrator ask him why and he says he doesn't like the water and doesn't like getting wet. I know this is for little kids but c'mon, a frog who lives in a log on a lake doesn't like water or getting wet? This would have made more sense if it was Sheep but for a frog to hate water is silly and sending the wrong message to an impressionable mind. I know, I know but kids need to learn science and biology as well.

All tadpoles are born in water and all frogs need to lay eggs in water, but tree frogs don't necessarily like the water just because they have to partially get in, not submerged, to lay their eggs.
