More 20-something year old HS students

Sheesh, what was this, Progeria High? Receeding hairlines and 'kids' that wouldn't even pass for college students!
And to top it off, the most implausible thing of all: a 7.5 rating on the IMDb.
Not even worth pirating.

more like 30 something
As a matter of fact, that guy who was buying all the booze, he was at least 35.
I'd bet the farm on it.

This is the argument for those who haven't though things through. Older actors have always played younger roles.

1. Usually better actors, more range, experience, less liability. Among other reasons why it makes perfect sense why it's always been this way.

So why couldn't they get 20-something year olds rather than thirty something?

And, by your definition, the director should always do whats easy even if it sacrifices the final film?

reply

No you still misunderstand what I'm saying. Liability is a lot higher for a child on set than an adult. Any thing else to do with the film is a completely separate issue.
