Seen this by mistake

I was just going through and watching Lateef Crowder movies because he's so cool, and I ended up watching this and didn't want to know what it was about. I don't know if it could be considered a mistake but the ending was just trippy and I have no idea what was really going on with the movie other than that it was like an extended version of the running joke from Scream 2 that took place between David Arquette and Jamie Kennedy about the killer.
