delayed opening?

i was told by someone, (who is just a civilian like me), that he heard the following:
Since Warner Bros. is the parent company of DC comics, and DC is the owner of The Watchman graphic novel .... AND the producers didn't get clearance to do the film from WB.... can any two law firm say injunction without smiling at the billable hours to be had?
So either the above IS true and WB can extract a double pound of flesh or some savey judge will say: "to bad, you should have said something long ago when they were in production!" (but then that will never happen because of the "savey judge" part! AND we may never get to see it because it will be put on a shelf until ...well who knows






Why is it called tourist season if we can't shoot at them?
