Ice-cream-on-boobs gal

The other day (a day or two ago) I was channel surfing and just chanced upon TMZ when they were showing some footage of a very pretty, dark-haired, well-endowed Caucasian woman in a barely-there bikini looking into the camera while pouring what I think was ice cream on her boobs. Then the footage was gone, and because the sound on my set was off, by the time I put the sound back on I wasn't able to hear who she was or what exactly she was doing, or why (other than the obvious two reasons) TMZ was showing it. Anyone know who she was? I'd like to see the full footage.
