They probably look alike because they're both botoxed :(.
I wish casting directors wouldn't hire botoxed actresses (or actors!) anymore, it impedes facial expressions and gives them an awful strained look.
She kind of did... just the Nicole looks MUCH, MUCH better than Renee does. Renee was never considered pretty in the first place, and if she is doing botox it won't help her much.
Kidman on the other hand... well, she IS still good looking.
And anyway, it's their problem. If they are willing to destroy their face and careers, just so they can look as if they were 30, when they are 40, so be it!
And the Oscar goes to... by a nose, NICOLE KIDMAN!
I don't agree that Nicole is prettier than Renee. I don't think Nicole looks so good these days. I always thought that Renee has always been considered pretty because she is. Nicole was prettier in her early movies than she is today. Renee is still cute, even at 40.
