that's b/c it was a really good nose job. nose jobs shouldn't be obvious unless you had a horrible horrible nose of course. like halle berry. she had a nose job but it's not too obvious. giselle bundchen had a nose job too (b4 her career really took off). you can tell a little but the job was done well. amanda's nose job was ideal but there's a little change but not enough to ring alarms

She had a slight bump in her nose that she had straightened out. If you look at her from the side in the first episode, you can tell. I have the same kind of bump, but I'm not going to get it fixed.
