Where was it filmed?

The high rise flats looked familiar to Glasgow and seeing as there were Scottish actors (William Ruane, Peter Mullan) and I think the film was part funded by Scottish Screen I'm guessing it was filmed in Scotland / Glasgow somewhere.

The cemetery is Sighthill Cemetery, just to the north of Glasgow city centre.
