I love the idea of Fassbender as Atlas. I don't think it is that important who plays Jack since but I think Hunnam would be good.

Frankly, I think a movie based on the Bioshock Universe would work much better than a linear adaptation of the actual game itself. I think there should be no Jack, but I do like the actors you cast 

I agree with you! The story in the game would not work well at all in a movie. The universe of Bioshock itself has soooooo much material to work with.

Had me at GDT & DDL^^

Hero roles in most movies aren't vital to my enjoyment of a story. Heroes tend to be somewhat static and i agree the thought line that most Heroes are defined by their villains.

I agree with most of this except Charlie Hunnam. I think we'd see alot more of Jack in a film adaptation then we did in the game and it's important the lead actor is actually decent at acting. I watched all of SOA and I always thought Hunnam was pretty weak...
