No, he's (for lack of a better word) not aplomb enough, not intimidating and I think Ryans rants would instead be humorous.

He's obviously inspired by Orson Welles, but maybe I would suggest Daniel Day Lewis or Gary Oldman, two British actors who are very good at accents.

No. Kelsey Grammar would be perfect - he has that Orson Welles-like timbre to his voice.
