I'm wanting to watch Wes Anderson's movies (I've already seen Rushmore, Fantastic Mr. Fox, and Royal Tenenbaums, by the way) and I was wondering if it was better to see this first or Darjeeling Limited. I get that this is a prequel, but sometimes it's better to see the original and then the prequel. What do you think?

Well, Hotel Chevalier is actually the prologue to Darjeeling. You're supposed to watch this first, followed by the feature film. (It was even released in most theaters like this and also on the DVD). Though it seems some time has passed since your original post so you've probably watched them both by now anyway. Hope you enjoyed them.

If you were any thinner, you wouldn't exist.
