In any of the four movies, does Edvard carry Page in his arms at all? You know, bridal style?

Sure they do! :) They do that in a lot of honeymoons or wedding night. Don't know where you got that they don't do that anymore from.

He does at the beginning of the 4th movie, just after dancing with her to violin music!! -he picks her up, cradles her in his arms, and twirls her around!!
