So whatever happened to 20th Century Fox suing the hell out of the Asylum for copyright infringement? There's a link on "Alien Vs. Hunter's" page here on IMDb to a Fangoria article (from 2008) that sez Fox sent Asylum a cease-and-desist notice. The "AVH" movie was played on SyFy Channel a couple of times this past week so I'm assuming nothing ever came of it.

Maybe Fox watched the movie and decided it wasn't worth the trouble?

They didn't want to give them free marketing. The only bad marketing is not marketing at all in Hollywood.
