Frederick Vs. Jackson ... is that the one where the angry ghost of Freddie Mercury, who spends his time massacring American Idol/teen actors/boy band members/ assorted record company executives in various inventive ways, most notably by decapitating, impaling or just plain stabbing them with his mike stand (why does he do it? To SAVE GOOD MUSIC AS WE KNOW IT! Of course!!!)does battle with a vengeful Michael Jackson, now a reanimated corpse (who was done in by the angry parents of all the kids who claim he molested them) and whose infamous one gloved hand is now replaced with a metal one with knives on each of his fingers?

Why, I've heard SEVERAL good things about it: principal being the highlight at the mid-point of the movie where John Lennon makes an appearance and tells them to both ... ahem, and I quote, "STOP THIS NONSENSE! At least you both weren't shot at point blank in the prime of your careers. By a FAN!!!" They both decide to quit the fighting and do things the natural way: By a DANCE-OFF! Michael looking magnificent in his Red Jacket, seems to be leading but all it takes for Freddie to come back is his rendition of "One Vison" carefully changing the lyrics to "Fried Chicken"(?!!) to avoid any copyright infringement lawsuits .... but the REAL twist in the tale is ...

When they decide to bury the hatchet (in both Britney and Kevin Federline's skulls, "We're doing your kids a favor", they both quip as they do them in...) and decide to go after the REAL villain of the piece - Simon Cowell, who in reality is over 400 years old and keeps his youth by bathing in the tears of the rejected applicants of American Idol auditions ... much mirth is to be had as they finally force Simon to actually LISTEN to the trash he is responsible for and watch his head explode as a result. Like a melon. In a David Cronenberg movie. There's already a sequel in the works where they go after Rupert Murdoch and Fox News for being so mean to Michael Jackson as well as disparaging gays on their network. Can't wait for that!

Yes, I have heard of this movie. And I am looking forward to seeing it. Except that I just dreamt up this whole movie last night after reading this post. So it really does not exist in the real world at all. No chance of seeing it now. Damn.....
