NOT YET RELEASED IN UK - HOW HAS EVERYONE SEEN THIS IN UK - PIRACY???

I'd love to know how so many people in UK have already seen this film - considering it has not even been released over here!

People should stop whinging and whining about how cheap and low budget some films are - considering they are ripping them off and not paying a penny to see them!

Maybe if more people paid instead of illegally downloading every movie they watch, some film-makers may get the chance of making decent movies with decent budgets.

I manage to buy the DVD off ebay. No I'm not from the UK, but I'm looking forward to watching it he he.

reply

in this day and age people can quite easily buy a dvd from the states.

reply

Behave yourself..

It has nothing to do with that. The budget for The Asylum films is never less than $300,000 and that is more than enough to make original material. And hire actors that can actually act.

I can name ten films that were made on a budget of half that amount and a couple of them were oscar nominated.

I will never EVER pay for crap like this so get off your soap box and stop spewing your tripe everywhere.

The Asylum rip off other film titles plain and simple because they have absolutely no creativity within their ranks at all.

if you cant do it right, just dont bother

Get over it dude. When the Theatres (at least here in the US) starting showing 10 minutes of commercials, not previews, but full on commercials before a movie I have to pay $10.00 to watch, then I stop feeling bad for the poor movie companies. Screw them. If I want to see commercials, I will stay home and watch TV for free.

I agree with ya, This movie was readily available A long time ago.

And I'd put it down to piracy as i can't see people taking the time to import the movie from the US.

reply

Not from the UK man, take a chill pill or come to the USA to watch it dude, or download it from a torrent for free, you wouldn't want to pay to see this 'Blad'.

reply

be that as you think it may; how about movie studios produce something worth buying? then we might not have to "try before we buy" all the fcuikng time.

it's not our responsibility to buy cheap crap so they can have a bigger budget on the next movie. they need to release something worth buying, so we'll buy it - if we like it - and thusly they can generate funds for their next big interesting and worthwhile block buster.

it's *their* product, so it's *their* responsibility. piracy isn't a way of saving money. it's a way of saying "your siht scuks monkey balls".

reply

Can some one please tell me where I can download it? I can't find it anywhere, I would hate to have to pay for it!! lol

I just saw this in the cheap section in Woolworths for about £2.

It is one of those films that most stores wouldn't sell, but you might find in a pound shop. But woolworths seem to be selling all sorts of crap nowadays

As an example, next to it on the shelf was "I am Omega", a nasty cross between the Omega man, and I am Legend. (leaves room for a sequel called "the Legend man" I suppose)

Even worse, on the back of the AVH box it says, "from the special effects people that did Fantastic Four". Now the Fantastic 4 film effects were very good (acting was a bit iffy), so not sure why the guys were putting their name to this AVH tripe, unless of course the Fantastic 4 they were talking about was another rip off film, perhaps about 4 superheroes that dressed in bright capes and feathers, and were as Gay as Julian Clary.

reply

Maybe they meant the 1994 Fantastic Four cheapie!

Bought it, here in the UK, in Woolworths for £1. Not even worth that. :(

me too, its probably still better than avp though. buit with regard to piracy, i pay a subscription every month for a cinema card ebabling me to go and see anything i want , so im paying to watch films even if i dont get to go in a given month so if i miss something at the cinema i'll get to watch it regardless, and if its good i will buy it when its available. in short movie studios get a good percentage of my wage every month mostly at rip off dvd and blu ray prices so i'll watch whatever the *beep* i want when i want to.
