Any more of the Shopaholic series to be made!?

I think Isla was a great choice for the lead, but the film was so bad compared to the book. Not her fault, but they just made too many crucial changes to the story.

I still don't understand setting it in New York. As the series progresses she moves to NYC for a while, and that is a great part of the story as it shows her really getting better at standing on her own, but it was wrong to set the first film there.

SO much was changed and books were just charming. Silly fun, but charming and so successful. I just don't get why they have to make significant changes? I get that they have to leave some parts of the story out, in the interest of time, but changing essentials of the story is never a good idea.

I agree that this first movie version was bad. I'd love to see the Mini Shopaholic made as a movie but Ties the Knot would have to come first!
