even though it had been about a week since any of them so much as had a shower...did that annoy anyone else?

yes, that too, I will say my hair is on the dry side, so I generally wash it every other day as long as I didn't work out/get sweaty/dirty (and it is not "oily" the second day), but by the third + day, yes their hair definitely would have started to look gross, and by the end weren't they like a week or so into all of this??
