Interesting film

I just happened to catch this film on television. It was quite interesting. Most of the movie was in Greek, but there was some English thrown in. The version I saw was subtitled. I do find myself curious about the context of the film, though. It appears to take place in the past but I am not sure when.

I don't do a lot but what I don't do I do amazingly well, you just don't notice.

The little boy plays the role of the Greece's Prime Minister little brother Nikos Papandreou (His father and his granfather were involved in politcs as well and were at some point Prime Ministers of Greece in the span of 60 years or so *don't ask.. we are morons thus the economic crisis*). They grew up in America (Our current PM was born there as well) so they had no idea about Greece's life and customs until they came back in the 70's... The film ends when the military sends the boys father to exile and he looses his stand as P.M.
