Scariest part of this movie was the cops...

I'm sorry but I could not believe the older sister pulled a gun on her little sister's best friend? Wtf? The girl was holding a plastic bag with a knife in it, not waving it around or charging at her--was that really a threatening situation? Even after "Millie" came into the room she didn't drop the gun. I was so disturbed by the fact that she was ready to kill a family friend for...no reason?

Not to mention the optics of a white cop being quick to draw a gun on a black teenager. This movie had other "woke" moments so I was surprised there wasn't a line that called this scene out.

Also the cops shooting a warning shot at the dance to create chaos... for what? The cops throughout this movie were so reckless and completely unhelpful. True to life I guess.
