stealing scenes from other movies

I started watching this while flipping through the channels the other day. Unfortunately I came in right at the scene that they ripped off from another movie. It's the scene where the offense does not block for the quarterback and she gets sacked twice.(This takes place during a practice scrimage). Then the 3rd time it happens she throws the football right between her would be tacklers legs hitting him square in the nads. This very same scene was done in a movie called " The longest yard" starring Burt Reynolds. That pretty much ruined it for me right there. I tend to want the movie I'm watching to be somewhat original. I think it deserves the horrible rating it has.
