It seems like a job where you'd expect them to be in high school,

but they seem to all be in college because they have obscure majors,

but they act like high school kids,

but they look old

so... ?

I believe college and just graduated college age for the two for Em and James, respectively.

A lot of people still act kind of like HS kids well past HS.

Kristen Stewart is likely playing her real age; around 18 at the time the film was made.Jesse Eisenberg is definitely older than that, but with his baby face and scrawny physique can get away with playing younger characters. Ryan Reynolds was playing an older character any way, so I don't really see much of a problem.🐭
