I really don't understand the dream sequences.. shes like running on a beach or something, and then shes making out with someone.. I mean who is this guy and why is she dreaming about him? I was just confused on how this contributed to the story line... Answers are greatly appreciated =D

The first dream, in class, the boy looked like an average guy. But in the second dream... I thought it looked a bit like Thayer. =p

The first time it was just some guy(I think from her school),then the second time it was Thayer...I suppose you can understand what it means :)
sharei don't know the guy in her first dream, but on another it was thayer. that's exactly those times when she fall in love. and the idea of dreams was very interesting, this movie is realy very close to reality and i think that's whay itr makes us so nervous.
shareI think the first guy she was making out with was that guy she kissed on the beach once (or the guy she slept with) and the second one was Thayer, that's why she was so surprised when she woke up she was probably realizing that she had feelings for him.

The second guy is definitely Thayer. The first guy is the one she kisses and sleeps with. She makes out with him (well, he kisses her neck) again in the hot tub, when she's kinda drowsy from all the alcohol.. She's drunk, so she closes her eyes, and when she opens them she realizes the guy she (probably) lost her virginity to is now kissing some other chick and some other guy has started kissing her. She feels sick and leaves.
