Why does this film exist?

Things to understand.

Number 1. This film does not revolve around Pauly Shore at all. He's just a big name in a small budget film.

Number 2. The film makes 0% sense even on a fictional scale.

Number 3. It feels like this film was made in 1970, only difference is the HD feel and effects.

Number 4. This film blows. And no it's not some kind of family kids movie to watch, it sucks that bad that your kids will fall asleep.

Watched this film for Pauly, his roll was minimal.

Your grade is dead on. I only decided to watch it cause of Pauly Shore..Movie sucks!!! Makes no sense at all.
