Reeker? The Rise of the Reeker?
Are these the same movies? Is one the sequel to the other??

They are two separate movies. Reeker came first. No Man's Land: The Rise of Reeker (aka Reeker 2) is a prequel.
In my opinion Reeker is the better of the two. But if you intend to watch both, I think it's best to watch No Man's Land first, followed by Reeker.
